Grinderman: Limited Green Vinyl LP

Grinderman was formed as the side project of Nick Cave and members of The Bad Seeds (Warren, Ellis, Martyn P. Casey and Jim Sclavunos). This, their seminal, self-titled debut album was originally released on CD and LP in 2007 and revisited the rudimentary, powerful sound of Cave’s former band, The Birthday Party, with the lyrical and musical content differing from his work with The Bad Seeds as he explored alternative ways of working. The songs were written on guitar (an instrument Cave rarely plays), giving them an urgency and raw feel that drew acclaim from critics and fans alike. The album (which hasn’t been available on vinyl since its original 2007 release) is re-issued here with a limited run of green vinyl in a gatefold sleeve and includes the singles ‘No Pussy Blues’ and ‘Get It On’.
