Labrinth

Labrinth is a British singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer known for his genre-blending style that fuses R&B, electronic, soul, and pop. Born Timothy Lee McKenzie in Hackney, London, in 1989, he first gained prominence in 2010 with his debut single “Let the Sun Shine” and his collaboration with Tinie Tempah on “Frisky.” His debut album, Electronic Earth (2012), showcased his eclectic sound, while his second album, Imagination & the Misfit Kid (2019), continued to explore his diverse musical influences. In 2023, he released Ends & Begins, a sci-fi-themed R&B album produced alongside Finneas and Fred Again. Labrinth also gained international acclaim for composing the soundtrack for HBO’s Euphoria, earning Emmy and Ivor Novello Awards for his work. Additionally, he is a member of the supergroup LSD, alongside Sia and Diplo.
