One of the most beloved holiday albums of all time, Ella Wishes You A Swinging Christmas returns in a dazzling new collectible pressing. The "Winter Wonderland Edition" features Ella Fitzgerald’s complete original 1960 album on special festive glitter-filled vinyl, evoking the sparkle of freshly fallen snow. Newly designed packaging pays tribute to Gene Grant’s iconic original cover artwork, incorporating the glitter-filled record into the design itself.
A swinging holiday tradition for generations, the album features Ella’s joyful takes on seasonal favourites including ‘Jingle Bells’, ‘Sleigh Ride’, ‘Winter Wonderland’, ‘Frosty the Snowman’, ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ and more. Ranked #10 on Rolling Stone’s 25 Greatest Christmas Albums of All Time and #2 on The Guardian’s 20 Greatest Holiday Albums Ever, with Salon declaring it “the best holiday album ever.”
