A special Liquid Vinyl collector’s edition featuring two iconic works from Joe Hisaishi’s A Symphonic Celebration, recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London and conducted by the composer himself.
Side A presents “Merry-Go-Round of Life”, the beloved theme from Howl’s Moving Castle, reimagined in a rich symphonic arrangement that highlights its waltz-like elegance and sweeping emotional range.
Side B features “One Summer’s Day (The Name of Life)” from Spirited Away, a deeply nostalgic and lyrical composition that evolves from a simple piano melody into a full orchestral expression of memory, longing and wonder.
Originally part of a larger orchestral project celebrating Hisaishi’s long-standing collaboration with director Hayao Miyazaki, both pieces stand as timeless highlights of modern film music—now captured in a unique collectible format.
